Kabete Dairy Farmers Co-operative society is registered as a Limited Company in Kenya.

Because it is a co-operative society it subscribes to the international standards of the co-operative movement.

Consequently, it is under the supervision of the Ministry of Co-operative Development.

All the meetings of the board are supervised by the District Co-operative Inspectorate Officer (DCIO).

This ensures that the society is adhering to the rules and regulation of the co-operative movement.

The Society is also registered as a Tax compliant company. It has a valid PIN Certificate and a VAT certificate.

The society also adheres to the local authority bylaws.
